just used self serve to get add on. Not sure if I got what I wanted. How do I find out?

Log back into your self serve and look under plans and add on's to see what you have on your line / account.

Hi Elizabeth, there should be a manage add-ons tab (this might be on the self serve app only) where you can see which add ons you have.

How long ago was it? They usually send you a confirmation email too.

I change my wife's plan to that &57.00 Speacial Koodo ran not long ago.

This month I call Koodo, rep tells me I NEVER CHANGED the plan.

So he changed it for me AND didn't charge me the fee.
Also after I changed the plan, I never received a confirmation.

I do not see "manage add-ons". I bought the add on through my laptop. I had gone onto self serve through my lap top AND my cell phone. Neither have "manage add-on". I call Koodo, the agent didn't have any idea why I did not receive an email. He couldn't help me!!! He did, however, send me a text message to my phone saying I have the add on I ordered.

Hey Elizabeth! Glad to hear that everything was resolved! For the future, when you first log into your self-serve, you will see a blue rectangle at the bottom. At the top right corner of the rectangle, you will have a "add/remove/change add-ons" tab. If you click on it, it will bring you to a page that shows all of your current add-ons. Let us know if you can access it :)
I have done the steps you say above. When I click on add/remove/change add-ons tab it brings me to a page that shows the following titles:

Current Plan
Change my monthly add-ons
Choose a roaming add-on

I chose (initially)" Choose a roaming add-on". It shows the add-ons. That's when I picked the one I wanted. So, now that's what I see.... not a page that shows all of my current add ons.

I am leaving tomorrow and hope the addon I chose is working.

Thanks for your help. I will investigate this further when I return.

Not a problem! If you click on "Change my monthly add-ons", you will see all of the add-ons that you currently have in the account. I would suggest making sure that your roaming add-on was successfully added to your account. Have a great trip!
