Just received my wireless home phone equipment. Unable to set-up, never received an email with information of account & not showing up under my self serve account... I ordered it about 10 days ago so not sure why it wouldn't be set up.

Do you check your spam folder? sometimes the emails go into there depending on how your filters are set.

Unable to setup as a number hasn't been assigned or showing up under my self serve account so the link doesn't help.

If your SIM hasn't activated/nothing showed in your account, then it might haven't been activated. I would send a message to Koodo facebook(https://www.facebook.com/Koodo/) /Twitter to avoid the wait on the help line and ask them for activation.

Well that certainly isnt any good. Use the contact links at the bottom of this page to contact them and they should be able to help you out or at least resend the email for you to set it up yourself.
