Hi Mark. I see Koodo no longer offers the Galaxy Grand Prime.

Is this a phone you already had, and just put in a Koodo sim?

If you just got the phone from a Koodo kiosk/retailer, you can take the phone back to them if you're within 14 days.

Otherwise, does the Galaxy Grand Prime work with any other carrier? Does it at least turn on?

Does the Koodo sim work in other phones?

One minor correction, if applicable. Koodo has a 15-day return policy, (from date of purchase). Most retailers abide by this regulation set out by the WCC, (Wireless Code of Conduct).

Is it prepaid?

Have you tried rebooting the phone?
