I'm trying to create a self-serve account, but when I ordered my online phone, I selected "Give me a new phone number." But I can't find anywhere on my order receipt, or on the SIM-card, where the phone number actually is.
This appears to be an error on Koodo's part. I would suggest contacting a Koodo rep themselves to let them give you a number. You can contact them directly through the phone or through facebook(https://m.me/Koodo).
