Just got a wireless home phone today and Ihow do I get a phone number?

Just got a wireless home phone today and I can't figure out how to add it to my self serve account. Also how do I get a phone number? Do I use my cell number and if I do will i still be able to have it as my cell? Would be nice if I had more information when I got this.

I did get a SIM card with it and I got it online on the Koodo home page

Then it should have been activated by the time it arrived at your home.  Kelsey seems to be on the right track below.  She can look into the activation if you answer her question below

Hi Sue, Can you provide your HFO order number? I can look into if this has been activated or is waiting in the queue - you should receive an email with the phone number once its activated. A lot of customers have ordered these lately so we're doing our best to catch up!
