Just changed my old Koodo plan online tonight. Wondering how it will look like on my next paper bill.

Hello. So I changed my plan online with Self Serve tonight. My old plan originally had the $25 Canada wide plan with the add ons of unlimited messaging and Data Connect 2GB, roughly about $60 in total for the old plan. My new one now is simply just the $55 Canada Wide plan since it has everything I need. I was just wondering if I would have to pay for my old plan as well as my new plan when the next bill comes along. Thanks in advance.

Hi there...

On your last bill you were already charged your old plan until your billing cycle date, so since your plan was slightly higher in price, your next bill will have a credit for the price difference since the day you changed the plan until your billing cycle date.

But also you will be charged for your new plan since the day you changed plus 1 month ahead...

To summarise, your next bill should be a bit lower and then going forward should be 55 plus tax and overages if any...

Enjoy...

Hi, I actually rechecked and my last bill was $55 and the new one is also $55. I changed 12 days before my next cycle. Can I assume there's no change at all?

Hi John, there shouldn't be any change. However, note that airtime is prorated as well so there could be additional airtime charges if you had used more minutes than included for the old plan before the change. Thank you!
