I had just cancelled my order by phone for my google pixel, the rep said it will be cancelled. Is there any confirmation/receipt I can get sent to me by e-mail to show they that cancellation went through? (I don't want to go buy a new phone now and see that this order wasn't actually cancelled)

I believe they usually send you a confirmation to verify that the cancellation went through. If not, no need to worry, all Koodo customer service calls are recorded, so if you requested a cancellation and it was confirmed over the phone but later you found out that it in fact did not get cancelled, you can easily dispute it since there is proof of a recorded phone call.

You could always call again to confirm if you want to be absolutely sure.

I don't believe an email confirmation is sent for cancellations, but I do see the note on your order confirming the cancel request.

Oh okay, I was just worried because I'm heading to my local Koodo to buy a phone in person instead now and was nervous that it potentially wasn't cancelled because I received no notice, thank you
