Just bought a Galaxy S8 not sure how to set up.

I was hoping someone could help me with the initial set up of the S8. Did Koodo already change my sim or do I have to call?

Are you already a Koodo customer and just ordered a new phone? If so then just take the sim out of your old phone and put in the new phone if its the same size. If it isnt you will have to call in to have the new sim activated. If you are a new customer the sim that comes with your new phone should already be activated when you get it.

However it may not be already activated so if you put it in the phone and it doesn't work that's why. Koodo has been swamped with orders and some went out without being activated. If so follow Mats suggestion to call and have it activated.
