just activated SIM onlne but phone doesnt work, and YES, i rebooted...

actvated sim online, bought a base plan, all is fine except the phone isnt working.  ive rebooted 20x and nothing...wtd?  I have a samsung a5

Hi Dawn,
Have you checked your selfserve and see if the account was active? did you have any booster added?
Was the phone from Koodo, and not locked to different carrier? I would try to reset the network settings and see if it helps.

Maybe try the SIM card in another Koodo phone to see of the problem is with the phone
