I was overcharged for data while I had paid for and was covered under the 750 MB/month US roaming plan for the month of June and July.  June 29th and June 30th I was covered while travelling in the USA, the data is well below the max but I was still overcharged an additional $30.  Notice on my bill from 21:06 to 21:11 the usage states 20 MB with no charge.  On June 29th while being covered under the 750 MB/month US roaming plan I was charged $30 for 236.85 MB "Data & SMS.  We just cancelled the service because we found it very difficult to connect with AT&T and any of the other network providers, even though it is a new phone and even when we had 4 or 5 bars we were constantly dropping calls.  We just called Koodoo customer service and the rep couldn't hear us.  We posted under another thread and someone closed the thread so we never go resolve.  Would appreciate if someone would look into this data usage.  Thank you.

Hi Bruce, You'll have to contact Koodo directly to dispute these charges as we are just customers like yoursself here and can't access your account.
You can contact Koodo by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.

Could you take a screenshot of page 3 of your ebill and post it here, leaving out any personal information.
The other thread was closed because it was a couple years old and having old information revived isn't the best.

Did you check the page 3 on your E-bill?
It's showing you all the detail info for your charges.
Does it say $30 for data? Maybe it is for something else?

What day did you add the roaming addon to your account and what day were you charged the overage, is it possible the roaming package ended before you used that extra data?

Definitely post a screenshot of what Mayumi and Allan stated above and we MAY be able to figure out if it's an explainable charge.

Thanks Paul!  I'll send a FB message as you suggest.  Tried calling but US roaming is so bad that I can't get a call through... data is so bad I can't login with my phone so picked up another phone.  They say you can use any of the network providers but I've tried them all, restarted the phone... la la laaa.  Have a great day.
