Reported Koodo to the BBB today. I called and was on hold for one hour. Asked rep to e-mail one billing statement as I misplaced mine need all statements for my records.. She signed me up for e-mail statements which I didn't want. Due to the cost of ink to print monthly asked to have my bills mailed. She couldn't reverse the monthly charge for me to have my bills mailed monthly. Poor performance, poor listen skills, I will be leaving Koodo...

@Judith: Koodo has moved to e-billing. They won't mail out paper bill. I don't think the agent intentionally did it. She couldn't send printed bill through mail to you.

You could always access your bill through your Selfserve, to check your bill detail and record.

Anyway, what was the issue that you need to check your bill?. If you post here, someone might know the answer.

She failed to instruct me to check for self help for one bill. That's all that I asked for. Her mistake is now costing me money. Koodo has lost a long-term customer

Well you need to hold some type of inservice for your telephone reps because she was very explicit when repeating to help my monthly statement mailed I would be charged an additional $5.00 fee...

One time reprint/mailing of your past bill is indeed $5.

“ Asked rep to e-mail one billing statement as I misplaced mine “
- You have received paper bill. But you misplaced it.
So you asked rep to email you a bill.
That’s why she set up self serve account for you since you need it to access your bill. There is no mistake on her.

Also, Koodo no longer offering send paper bill as people here already mentioned to you. So, you need self serve account to see /check your bill info.
If you still want paper bill, then it will cost you $5per billing which also the rep mentioned to you.

The rep didn’t change anything. Koodo just simply stop sending out paper bills.

Self serve account had already been set up years ago, I prefer not to use but speak directly with a representative. You are incorrect and so the rep. she took it upon herself to change my account instead of redirecting me to the self serve account. Koodo did not notify most of its customers that they are no longer mailing bills. The rep change my account without my approval. The fee was only mention after I told her I did not want to print my bill from the self serve account.
Had I not called an asked for a bill to be sent to me via the internet I believe the bill would have been mailed to me...Representative was wrong wrong wrong to change my account and not redirect me to self serve account......
So folks you can all surmise my dealings with Koodo. I haven't the time to answer each of you. While most of you are off enjoying the holiday I have a business to run.
