change from one province to another. Just changed #. Sim is ontario sim card, they said I could still have the same plan. going back in 5 months.Changed # can't receive calls or text.

It can take up to 24 hours for calls and texts to start coming into that new number your old number may still be active let us know tomorrow if you still have an issue
Never taken more than 25 min with me been with koodo since 2007

It CAN take up to 24 hours. Although it should be faster.
Have you tried removing the dim and battery. Wait 20 seconds replace and reboot ? If it doesn't work you mat new some internal settings changed call 611 and they'll let you know what the prover koodo specific settings for this region are. Cheers...they won't charge you.
Ignore my spelling and grammar. I can't get used to my auto correct with my new phone yet

Hey, everybody just trying to help each other!
That's what this community form is all about isn't ?!

For everybody's info.
I went Koodo, they looked the specs, changed my sim to a new one, called their people transfer went through so did the port. For some reason it may take a couple of days.

We'll fill you in as to the out come!

OPPS. Didn't mean to send it 2x.

Just tried  to call new number says not in service.  Tried old number,  UM2 not in service either.
Guess I'll wait till 9pm then that will be 24hrs!

Try rebooting your phone with the sim out. Than re insert the SIM. Sometimes it just isn't provisioned properly at the time of getting the new SIM. It may take a visit to Koodo.

I tried that a few times.
Off to Koodo I go. Not so nice way to spend my day off, especially when it's nice out.
Could be worse.
Still not warm enough for patio weather!
