I've signed up for koodo selfserve but i cant pay my bill it asks me to change my email why!?

ok i signed up and i change my email a few times to then i change my password and that didnt work and i tried other things but nothing works it wont give me the pay bill option and i already have my first bill

Hi there Brad... Your best option is to Call Customer Services to reset your Self Service profile, seems like you tried several times to register and now there is a conflict on your profile... Best to do here is to request the profile to be deleted completely, then Customer Service will create another one for you with the e-mail of your preference... You will receive then an e-mail that says "Complete Self Serve registration" Just follow the instructions and you will be able to open your Self Service account... (Have handy your PIN number when calling and also when setting up the profile)...
