I've not being able to create a koodo account

I have been trying to create an account unsuccessfuly; the system keep displaying that I should change the email address and don't understand why, please help!

Oh boy, I think I know what may have happened. When you activated, you gave them an email address and they attached the email address you gave them to your account. Now you went in with another email addresss and it's not the one you gave when you activated. Try going in with the email address you gave at activation, If that doesn't work out, you're going to have to call into customer service. Let me know!
