Check self serve again to see if the email change stuck

Where did you change your email address? If it was in your self serve account can you go back into it and make sure the change happened.

I have been logged in via my new email address for couple times and it does show the new one on both the overview tab and my profile tab.

@Kat: it could be someone else trying to use your email to login. They tried to reset the password. If you didn't request a password reset, you could ignore it. Someone might type the wrong email and put your email address in.

My concern is that any Koodo-related emails should go to my NEW email address.

Someone could have tried to reset your old email PW but they would also have had to answer a security question to even get the PW reset email sent. What happens if you go to the site below and enter your old email address and hit continue.

I just tried both of my email addresses twice and it asks me the same security question, but none of them get a new email. I guess I have to remember my password from now on.

DId you click forget password to trigger the above password?  If not, I would have concerns if the email was authentic, unless you had another email from this email address that you know was legit.

But for now, I would ignore it and wait and see if your email issue happens again in the future
