I've been trying to change my plan for a month, and it keeps showing an error and telling me to come back later.

I've tried all the suggestions in other posts, like different browsers etc. but nothing works. I was told when I bought my phone that I could go in at any time and take off the $7/month insurance, but it won't let me. I also wanted to downgrade my plan to less data but that won't work either, and I'm tired of paying for stuff I don't really use.

Have you changed your plan in the last 30 days? If so that's why you can't change it because you can only make changes once a month (30 days)

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your phone

I believe you have to call to cancel the insurance option.

Send us a private message on Facebook Kendra and we'll help taking off the insurance. That function is currently not available online. We'll take a look at your account for your plan as well, however if it's for reason like Paul above mentioned that might explain why you might have a challenge.
