I've been paying my daughter's monthly bill on time, but her phone service has been suspended. I don't see the monthly bills, but apparently she has had overages that have not been paid. I'm trying to call to clear up the issue but can't find a number to call. For the record, I have requested bills be sent to my email, but have never received them.

Are you the account holder, or is your daughter? Whomever it is should just be able to choose how to receive billing notifications. You'll still have to go into self-serve to see the bill itself though. You'll probably have to have a discussion with her about actually looking at the bill and reining in overages. You can call 611 from a Koodo phone or you can go to "contact us" at the bottom of the koodomobile.com site. Here is the link:

Hours of operation (local time):

  • Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm

There's going to be a 35 dollar reactivation charge as well FYI.

Patti, as per fellow Koodo customer Dennis, it's best to log in and look at your daughter's invoice online. All the info is there in terms of overages and anything else that maybe outstanding. Looking online will save you the hassle of calling. If you do have any questions after looking at it you could certainly come back here an ask.
