I've added names to my five essentials, but they are not getting saved/displayed??

On the web portal, added names to five essential numbers, 'saved' and waited (24/48 hours) and they do now show. Tried several times. What's the secret?

I called Koodo support and the rep that answered (Veronica??) couldn't help. She was even making stuff up. It was very frustrating and I had to bail after 20 minutes. I'm not impressed with Koodo support.
