You'll need to contact Koodo directly for more information. The number is 1-866-995-6636, option 5 or 6.
We can't tell you much more than 'there must be a problem with the port.'

Generally a mobile # only takes u p to 3 hours to port. A lan line can take 3 business days. So if it's been a mobile # I'd contact Koodo. I'd make sure you have your account # ready with your old provider just in case there was problems with Koodo porting the # in.

This is only a cell phone number change with Koodo.. I have a 4S iphone and I always had my account with Koodo. Because I changed province, I changed my phone number on-line but it wasn't hooked up it seems. However when I phone Koodo and key in that number, the automatic reply doen't say it is an invalid number.
