It's been almost a week, phone won't work?

Received phone, activated it online, verified email and it says email verified and phone status is active but still unable to call or send texts

A WEEK? Your phone should work right away, Jaiden. When you say phone status is active, what do you mean, in self service? What does your phone itself say?

Also, try this: switch off the phone, remove the SIM card and battery (if possible) for a few minutes, then put it all back together again. Did that solve the issue?
