It said 3 DAYS Delivery Time!

I,m waiting for a confirmation email after ordering online. When you're making your purchase the website CLEARLY STATES that the phone will be shipped by Canada Post in 3 BUSINESS days.  That is the reason we ordered the phone. We actually need it for our trip in ten days time. Why am I seeing answers from "experts" saying that it takes much longer but..."...no worries if you haven't received anything it must mean you are still in the que"....what the heck happened to the 3 days????  In 72 hours....if i don't have the phone I'm cancelling the order and going somewhere else. What a load of misleading crap. We're in Victoria not that it makes a difference.

hi Brian,
I don't think Koodo mentioned about 3 days shipping time anywhere. The common knowledge is, you would receive a shipping notification once the order was shipped (then properly 3 days with Canada post). They are having a backlog and the order could be delayed.
If you are in a hurry, you might consider other options.

You'd think as an "Mobile Master" you'd know that. Apparently it does take 3 to 5 business days to ship your phone. What is NOT said anywhere or listed anywhere is the fact that no one really knows how long it will take to approve then pick and then pack and then ship your order. The best you guys can do is urge "patience". Some people wait more than two weeks. Where on the website is that listed? Where are the approval wait times listed? How long does it take a business to decide if you're credit is approved? Trust me....Koodo ain't THAT busy.

I am a customer like you. I got some more information but that was it. I don't represent Koodo. As I mentioned earlier, they were busier than normal. It might take more time. If you don't believe that you could have the phone on time according to your need, you are free to have other options with other carrier.

Koodo used to ship orders on the same or next business day, and the order would usually arrive the following business day. Nowadays they take forever to ship orders or reply to emails, and they don't even answer phones.

There is nothing anyone can do about that here, except for you. Vote with your wallet. Koodo/TELUS used to care about customers, and that is how they gained their reputation. Now, they are all about providing less for more. They don't care about customer service. This community is the biggest example. The main purpose is to prevent people from contacting customer service, which costs money. Helping them comes second.

Indeed your location would not. There has been more orders than usual. Not enough to invoke a backlog warning but to add a couple business days. Judging from what people are saying on here, it'll probably be around 5 business days. Up to you if you're willing to wait or not.
