Issues with registering for Self Serve

I recently registered for self serve however, I didn't have my account activated so now I am in a weird situation where I keep getting this error message when trying to login to self serve

You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

Is there anyway I can reset my account so that I can actually port my old number over?

Hi Harun,
You tried to activate an account that haven't been activated by Koodo yourself. This created the error, and you need to contact Koodo to reset it.
