Issues with My Prepaid Self-Service Login!

I tried to reset the password to my prepaid self-service portal on my PC, and after answering the security question, there was a notification that the password reset mail has been sent to my mail address but am yet to receive any email since morning. I will appreciate if anyone could help

Have you retried to make them send the e-mail another time by doing the whole process again?

The email you're using could also be different than what Koodo is has on record. Maybe double check that as well

I just received multiple message this morning since yesterday morning for my for the password reset request i did, which justifies the email on their record is correct and the problem has to do with their website.Even with the password reset i could not login, this is the usual message i get:

Generic Error

Oh no! 
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.

Sounds like system issues for sure. I'd try calling Customer Service and finding out if they could help. 1-866-995-6636
