Issues with Data - not all apps working properly

Using a Samsung Galaxy Note II - several apps I use don't work properly using the data vs when I connect with WiFi. Is there something I can do or is it a problem with the Koodo data network? If it is the network, who can I contact?

Maybe for some reason the data permissions to those apps are off. . Settings>Data usage> scroll down and see if the apps Ur talking about have data access.

Thanks - I checked, the apps aren't restricted - the problem is, I can access the app, but it doesn't fully work. Eg. One of the games I play, I can access it, it starts up, but it's not fully functional (I can get it to run properly with wifi).

I would contact the Dev of the app. I can't see it being a data issue if data is working properly for browsing and videos or what have you. If it's working, it's not a provider issue.

Have you checked the game settings, some games have a setting to only work over wifi.

Thanks for the input - unfortunately t's not in game - it used to fully work with the data - it started up acting up about two weeks ago. Thanks.

It's possible that the game has received an update since then. And something the Dev did is affecting the data usage of the game. I would go to the app store and leave a comment for the Dev describing your problem.
