I have a massive long distance charge and I want to find out the phone number as well as if the charge can be minimized at all. I believe this was my mistake, but I've been keeping up with my monthly payments and can't afford such a high bill. I hope that we can come to some agreement on this.

What makes you think this was a mistake? You can see the numbers that incurred this charge on your bill. You have the details of your calls starting on the 4th page, look for the number that has long distance charge next to it. I'm not sure why koodo would reduce the charges though.
