Issue with cancelling phone insurance online.

I want to cancel my phone insurance but am not able to do so on your site. Constantly get an error message. Please tell me how I can do this without paying $10 to call or email Koodo.

What is the error message given? Have you tried other browsers and clearing cache? Well if we can't troubleshoot the issue with the site then you can always call and explain that you keep getting an error message and you shouldn't pay then.

Hi Jen,

You are not able to remove the extended warranty online. In order to remove it you must call Koodo. You will not be charged the 10$ as it is not possible to do it in self serve.

I was able to get it removed simply by writing to Koodo via a FB private message. They will then ask you to authenticate yourself via an online form, and they will be able to perform the changes for you. It's very quick.
