Last year in October I sent my phone in to get the scroll on my Blackberry fixed. I received a loaner phone and have been using it since. Am I ever going to get my fixed phone back? and if I don't is this going to be a problem if I want to get a new one?
Chances are, what you had done was a priority replacement which means Koodo sends you a phone to use permanently. You would not receive your phone back. Tog et a new phone, the Tab would be a good thing to look at and that may be enough to help with the purchase of a new phone.
Your phone has been getting fixed for 10 months? I'd call Koodo and see what's going on with that. Usually the way the Blackberry RMA process works is you send your device in to them and they give you a new-refurbished one as a replacement.
