is there any way to get a refund on boosters.

Either i messed up the person at the booth must have messed up and given me $50 worth of data instead of the 500 minutes that i asked for so i want to know if i can get a refund and buy the minutes

If this happened just recently like today or yesterday and haven't used much of the data, I'd immediately call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and speak with a rep. Explain your situation and they may do it for you. Officially the answer would be no as boosters are non-refundable but just explain your situation. They are usually very fair. When you call, there's going to be a message that says you may be charged $5 for assistance. Don't worry about that fee as its for people who would rather call-in than do things on self-serve (in this case you can't)
