Is there any other way to transfer my account ownership?

I was on the phone with a representative for a while and then his system crashed so I wasn't able to do the ownership, but I called back a few days later and the same thing happened. I tried to explain the problem to the lady but I had a really hard time understanding her, Is there any other way I can transfer ownership? and any button to press to speak with a representative in canada?

Aww sorry to hear you had a bad experience! I'd just call again and hopefully this time you'll get somebody with a different accent... there is no option to choose who to talk to I'm afraid.

Your alternative is to visit a kiosk with proof of ID (with the account holder, if that is not yourself) and have them do it on the spot.

Phone is the only way that I am aware of to do something like a transfer of ownership. Its something more serious so I doubt you can do it online anyway.
