Koodo never sold the Galaxy Nexus so it has nothing to do with the device. Nexus devices are updated by Google directly. Updates are also not dependent on what carrier your using the device on but where the device was originally purchased from or locked to (devices other than Nexus devices which like I stated are updated directly by Google with no carrier interactions what so ever) The files are up here https://developers.google.com/android...
so it's rolling out to the Galaxy Nexus just keep checking through your settings or flash the file from the linked site your impatient, just make sure you know what your doing or wait for the OTA.

Are you using the Yakju or Yakjux variant?

If you bought it within Canada it's most likely Yakjux.
If you bought it from the US it will almost definitely be Yakju.

Updates for Yakju are handled by Google & the update should have been sent to your device by now.
Updates for Yakjux on the other hand are handles by Samsung and often take a few weeks to sometimes months before they're sent out.

Wasn't aware that Samsung handled the update process for one of the models, just thought it got pushed later. Thanks for the knowledge John :-)

Mine updated yesterday, but I think that was only a minor update. I've had 4.3 since it a few days after it came out, I have the Yakju version.
