Here's the band's that the Q5 is compatible with, if Wind uses the frequencies listed here then the phone will work after its unlocked. Keep in mind you will have to pay the prepaid price for the phone not the postpaid or tab price.

Here's the Q5 frequencies it's supports:
Quad band LTE (100/50 Mbps) 3, 7, 8, 20 (800/900/1800/2600 MHz)
Quad band HSPA/UMTS (DC 42Mbps) -1, 2, 5/6, 8 (850/900/1900/2100 MHz)
Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)

It's missing the 1700 umts band so while you may get service on the lesser used 2100 band your coverage will be super super spotty.

The only BlackBerry 10 device Koodo had that plays well with wind is the Z10.
