Is anyone else having problems with their e-bills not arriving?

No, the bill is not going into the spam folder. It just doesn't show up. I have to go check my self serve account to know if/when I am owing. It is a wee bit of a pain. Yes, the billing options are set up properly. The system worked well until a few months ago. Just wondering if I am alone with this issue.

Mine is still okay... but I also have pre-authorized CC so I never have to worry about it. If you're concerned, I would give customer service a call. Maybe something needs to be fixed on your account.

Thanks Jonathan. I may do that. Last time it happened, I didn't even notice, Koodo emailed me to let me know they had had problems. This time, no email from Koodo but no bill either. Oh well. :D

yep. Gmail it is. But I have checked my spam folder and the bin as well. It is not going in there.
