Is the self serve working or this provider just wanted to talk to their customer service to pay for $10! I've been updating my billing address for days now and it just always says "splendid etc, it will be updated in 15mins" but it hasn't change.
@anna: i would wait till morning and see if it is updated. If not, I would suggest you send a message to their facebook with reference to this page or mention that you weren't able to do it yourself. Someone will look at it. You won't be charged as it seemed to be a Koodo address change issue.
