Is there any technical support available to fix issues with the self serve problem?

I cannot complete payment online, Self serve program stalls at step 2, and will not progress when I hit the next button.  This process is taking way too long, now that I have to go through this BS as well.  Please respond as I have so much to get done today, and don't want to miss making my payment on time due to a glitch on your end.

The system is working fine overall, Cheryl. Will flag with the team to see if they can replicate your issue. If you have time to share what type of browser you're using and on what device (phone, tablet, laptop/desktop, etc.) that would help.

In the meantime, please dial #123 from your phone and choose option 3. That should work without issue.
