My financial institute is in the middle of some technical upgrades and this has caused me to go a couple days over my bill payment deadline.  I'd like to pass this fact on to the billing dept in the hopes that I won't incur any interest charges.   Thanks.

Yeah, that's always a pain.....I see the bill was due on the 9th so the late payment fee was already applied. Likely no more than a dollar or two. What I would recommend for next time is to notify us ahead of time and you can make payment arrangements using our self serve options dialing #123.

I am not a customer of Koodo. I received an email that I have to pay 11.06 cents of the 2017 December month bill, and to be paid by April 5, 2018. I received that email on March 13, 2017. I am wondering what exactly happened in Koodo. They don't have email number to contact. I telephoned and contacted a representative after 30 minutes wait, and she made me wait 40 minutes but issue not resolved. Wondering .....

Sounds like someone else with an email similar to yours was mis-typed somewhere along the way. I suggest sending the information, along with the original email you received in a Private Message from Koodo’s Facebook page to get it sorted.
Can you give me a link to the Koodo Facebook page?
