May we ask what the issue is? We can help you out here with just about anything. And what we cannot we can then say you need to contact a rep. You can send a private lessons to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and they can handle anything besides cancellations. Otherwise call 611. But again we can likely help you out here. Worth a shot since it's just a quick blurb you write and you might get pleasantly surprised.

Have you contacted Koodo successfully? You changed your plan with $10 more? Who did the plan change?

I got an email from Koodo.  This is what it said:

You’ve recently changed your Koodo services.

On July 01, 2018, you changed the following service(s):

  • Data TopUp 300MB Purchase#1 NS
    Price per Month:$10.00
    Service effective on July 01, 2018

*Taxes where applicable

What does your account information say in Self-Serve?
If you didn’t add this, either another account used your email address, you have multiple users on your account, or someone else has your credentials, and access to your account.

@ Lori, this is a data top up purchase confirmation.  A data text alert was sent to number ending in 41 informing the phone user that the data has been paused until the end of the bill cycle.  To unpause the data, the phone user replied '10YES' to get a 300MB data top up.  Hope this helps!

@Lori, if you do not want this line to be able to authorize additional data purchase, you can log into self serve and and change your data notification and you should also have the option there to authorize if the line holder can purchase additional data
