I recently paid my phobe bill via easyweb but, the koodo selfserve and websites state that I havn't paid yet. Is there a waiting period of a couple business days for the payment to go through? Or for the website to show that I have paid?
I've found that it's best to call customer service (611 - billing) just to give them a heads up that payment was made. By giving the Koodo billing rep the TD payment verification code, they will know for certain you've made the payment.
