Is there a minimum time period to stay with Koodo.. joined 3 days ago when locked out by parent company Telus... Due to downright ignorance of Telus I must move from this family of companies

You may want to talk to the person whose lack of customer service commitment seems to reflect the company in general

Telus provided the link for remote employees to follow, Sobeys make things right because they care... Telus does not.

Sobeys makes things right because they have the power to do so with their own corporate account.
Telus does not because the reps you spoke with can't touch corporate accounts.
