Is there a change in Koodo Pricing?

I am a monthly paid cusromer with a 300 min/300 MB data plan at $40 and a 10% no tab discount. That same plan is now being sold by Koodo for $33 however online it does not let me switch to the new plan/pricing. Do I have to cancel my current plan and start a new one plan to get the new price? Confusing.

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans.

There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve.

Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
