Is it worth being on the phone all day? lol. My boyfriend called last night and someone transferred him to CR almost immediately... I've been on hold for an hour now and have't spoke to anyone. I'll end up spending 3 hours if not more on hold after someone transferred me to CR.

That is up to you if it's worth the wait... Some have solved it by signing up with another provider that offers the same plan (it does say new activations only, so no guarantees you'll get it anyway).

Yesterday I got hung up on multiple times, I couldn't even call (got declined immediately) multiple times.
I didn't give up. Finally I got through to be on hold, waited 1 hour first then disconnected. I tried again a few times, waited for 2 hours then got a hold of CS. He transferred me to loyalty / retentions department. I waited for another 2 hours then finally got through. I was thinking of going to Fido if I couldn't get through by the evening. I stayed calm and patient.
PS: i am an exiting koodo customer

Much easier to move to another carrier... Koodo blew this promo BIG TIME.  I went to Virgin, permanent deal,,same features..now I need a Koodo unlock code..luckily  got a loner phone to use in the meantime.
