Koodo has not been adding a tab since I replaced my phone

I have a question about the tab. I've been a koodo customer for more than two years. After about one year, koodo applied my tab balance to reduce one monthly bill, then I continued to accrue a tab. Then last December, I bought a new phone and again was able to benefit from what I had saved with the Tab. Yesterday, I broke my phone and had to replace it. I now notice that Koodo has not been adding a tab since I replaced my phone last December. Is the Tab dead? Where did it go?

What do you mean "Koodo has not been adding a tab since...."?
Did you use a Tab to purchase your phone last December? Then your tab balance went back to negative and you are paying down your tab now.
What is your "Tab transaction history" say? ( you can check it through self serve under the "Koodo Tab"

Thanks I was mixed up. I see now that I am given a monthly 10% discount in lieu of a tab balance because I paid the phone off at the beginning.

I have been paying the exact same monthly payment, though it says my tab is paid off, and now its saying i dont have a tab at all. Koodo is all eager to have me upgrade my phone, which i would be happy to do if i wasstill generating the 10% per month like i have been all along. Either i should have the percentage coming off my bill, or should be still getting that every month, but im not. Makes me not very willing to upgrade, and change my 35 dollar plan to 50.
