Is my order coming or not

Hello I placed an order last Friday. To switch from a pre paid plan to a tab monthly plan. I picked a phone and got a confirmation email saying I would receive it in 3-5 business days. They same day I placed my order I wanted to change my phone I picked from the iPhone SE to the iPhone 6 I have not received a email back letting me know either way if I could change he phones. Both same price. How do I change the phone I want. And how do I find out if my order is still coming or not. U would think if I was suppose to receive it in 3-5 business days I would of gotten a shipping email by now.

I would try and ask the webstore your question. You might just have to refuse the order when delivered or take the time to return within the 15 day period.

I did contact them. And have not received a email back about it since Friday. This is Tuesday. I wanted to switch phones before it was shipped so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of sending it back and getting another one and waiting again for it.

Also. Is there anyway I could just go to a kiosk and get the same plan? I really hate waiting especially longer than it says. If I cancel my order and put in another one. I will have to pay another 15 bucks to keep this phone going until my new one arrives. Which I don't have no way to just be throwing away

I just placed a new order with the phone I want. The iPhone 6. Still got the same deal. Can u confirm the other order is cancelled please. It still sucks I will have to spend 15 bucks to have a phone until I receive the new one. . it's like throwing money away. It really shouldn't say 3-5 business days to get ur phone. When it takes just that long to process the order to get it ready to ship. False advertising at its best. And then to top it off I can't just switch a phone before the order is even processes is crazy. I now have to wait even longer and pay more money to keep this phone active. Which I was hoping to avoid and have my new phone by them. This one expires 27 I doubt I will get my new phone by then.

Cancellation request has been submitted, Candace. Along with an ask to see if we can expedite the order so that it gets to you before your current prepaid balance expires. Fingers crossed.

With regards to the timeline, we typically do process orders within 3-5 business days. This is the 3rd business day since you placed your order. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow for the item ordered to be manually changed, which is why we required you to cancel your order and submit a new one. This isn't a unique process to Koodo, as I've had to go through similar scenarios with other online retailers.. but that's neither here nor there.
Here's hoping you get your phone by mid-next week, avoid any extra costs, and the world is back in order by then :)

Wow. The order I just placed this afternoon has already been shipped. Hopefully this is correct lol since I just placed it like 3-4 hours ago. If it is that is great.

I ordered my s9+ on webstore i also was gonna cancel order took 10 days i ordered cuz they said 5 to my door so i feel your pain
