My service is in and out, mostly out. My phone also keeps saying my SIM card is invalid and turns off. Not a new phone or account, nothing has changed. Is this a Koodo issue or is something wrong with my phone?
Reseat your Sim card and restart your phone. If it doesn't fix it try putting it in another phone to see if the problem follows. If you cannot put it in another phone most retail stores have demo phones and sim cards for this purpose. Let us know.
