Is koodo good with reimbursement?

I paid my monthly plan and an ad-on for international calls, but turned out i still got charged over 100 bucks for on air every month for three months. I went to the booth couple times and ask for help. All of them told me this was not a part of their job. One guy kindly gave me a number for costumer service but never worked. I have money in skype and wechat for international calls. If I knew it cost me for just answering international calls 1 dollar per min, I won't use koodo, I'll use skype.
Until a collect agent called me gave me the right number, I tried to talk to koodo again, they told me it's out of their hand now. Told me I should pay them back and try call back again.
I'm just a recent graduates with student loans to pay back, and I just got unemployed at this moment. 400 dollars is not a small amount. Would you please tell me if it's the best option to pay them back now and call back again? Or is it better I just wait for the ticket and take it to court. I chose koodo because it was suppose to be cheap. With less than half of year service I ended up paying 500 more phone bill.

Usually Koodo is pretty good about giving out credits for this sort of thing. You can get it all reimbursed or for higher amounts like that they usually will offer to cover half. If your bill is due to be paid and your worried about missing your payment than i would pay now, otherwise you can wait.
Just shoot them off a message via facebook or twitter and see what your options are with all of this.

Answering incoming calls, whether local or international, only uses your airtime; you are not charged extra for receiving international calls. If you exceed your monthly minutes you will be charged the standard overage rate of $0.50/minute.
Per your terms of service, you have 30 days to dispute any charges on your bill. Not knowing the contract number for koodo is not a valid reason not to call, as this information can be obtained via Google in approximately five seconds.
If your account has been written off to collections then it is indeed out of koodos hands. They now no longer own your debt which has been sold to the collection agency.
