Is anyone still working at Koodo?

Its officially been 7 days and I cant get anyone to talk to me. I've tried phoning but can't wait all day on the phone (I've got a day job) and no one is responding to my repeated Facebook PMs. What I need cannot be done on self-serve and the people at the kiosk are useless.

What exactly do you need to get done? I'm sorry to hear that it's been that long. There's still a backlog from the 10gb deal, but I didn't think that it would be that long. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait until your messgae gets responded to.

so in other words if it is a billing issue, the customer shouldn't pay it until they can talk to a csr.. but if the customer can wait for a response from koodo, then will koodo be as gracious to the customer for not paying ?
