After waiting on hold for over an hour the other day, your representative was unable to resolve a minor issue and scheduled a follow-up call at 8pm that evening. No one ever called. I have since called three more times (just to activate a new SIM card!!!). Waiting on the line for 65 minutes the first time, 35 minutes the second time, and it's been 35 minutes and counting this time (at 10:30pm) with no sense whatsoever if anyone is ever going to answer the phone. What on earth is going on?!?

If it is 1030,they are already closed.

To do a sim card switch I recommend contacting koodo via private message on Facebook or Twitter so you won't need to be stuck on the phone the entire time

It doesn't say on their recorded message that they are closed. I sent a private message on Facebook earlier today. No reply.
