After waiting on hold for over an hour the other day, your representative was unable to resolve a minor issue and scheduled a follow-up call at 8pm that evening. No one ever called. I have since called three more times (just to activate a new SIM card!!!). Waiting on the line for 65 minutes the first time, 35 minutes the second time, and it's been 35 minutes and counting this time (at 10:30pm) with no sense whatsoever if anyone is ever going to answer the phone. What on earth is going on?!?
