I got an iPhone 4 as a gift for my birthday. Can I go to a koodo shop and transfer my line from my old sim card and buy a new sim card that works with the iPhone?
Thanks!

You will need to buy a micro-SIM card from Koodo. Activate that card on your account (through Self Serve) and then stick the SIM into your iPhone.

What did you do with which device?
Did you restart your phone after you did upgrade your SIM?
You might get more helps quicker if you post a new question with more information. - postpaid, prepaid, phone, what process you have done.

Or the person at the store can do this for you when you buy your new SIM-card.

Yeah, I've sold my iPhone 4 (a year and a half ago) to a friend of mine and directly after we went to a Koodo retailer and he installed the new SIM card + transfered contacts to the new phone
