For iPhone SE, it's not available on a tab small. This means (going by current pricing), you could pay the $654 upfront and go on any plan starting at $28 per month, you could pay $270 and go on a tab medium (plan would start at $40 per month plus $15 for phone subsidy), last option is tab large: pay $50 up-front, then plans start at $59 per month plus $21 per month for phone subsidy.

Not knowing which province you are in, nor knowing how much you want to put on a tab vs. pay up-front, it's not easy to give an exact dollar figure of what your monthly bill would look like.

The phone would be $654 + your provinces tax.
The plan would be $28 + 911 fee for your province (average $0.55) and then your provinces tax.
Lets say you live in New Brunswick:
($28 + $0.53) * 1.15 = $32.81/month

If I plan to pay upfront for iPhone SE (64GB), what will be the total cost in Ontario?

Then it'd be similar to Allan's reply. 654+13%=$739.02 for the phone, then the $28 plan tax-in would be $31.64 per month.

Do note that the $28 plan only includes 100 daytime minutes and pay per use data.

I did some digging for you and believe it or not the iPhone SE 64GB is cheaper on the apple website. It is only $629.99 and you can pick it up at your local apple store or get it shipped to your house for free, then take it to Koodo and get a plan for it!

There's a pre-owned option for the 16 GB model on the website for $504 if you can live with the smaller storage.

I heard that iPhone storage requirements are higher than on Android, especially since there's no memory card slot. For the price difference, if buying the phone outright, I think it'd be a much better deal to get the 64 GB variant.
