I was suppose to receive my new iPhone SE on December 5th . My name is Chelsea Lane for some reason it was returned to sender ? Can you please explain why and send it back to me . I have an idea that I may have not included the C in my address "305C" as it goes A,b,c,d and so on. Should I cancel it and reorder or will it be sent back to me ? I am a Koodo self serve customer with a 2yr plan. I received confirmation it was sent out on December 2nd . And when I checked tracking it was suppose to come in the 5th but for some reason it showed returned to sender yesterday when I checked for an update ...? My order number is "HFO16727713"

I ordered mine on December 2nd not November 25th so how does that affect my order when it was shipped and it now says "returning to sender "
