I ordered a 32gb iPhone 7 and Koodo called me telling me that the one I wanted was not in stock. They then offered me a free upgrade to 128gb iPhone 7 and told me that it would be shipped out the next day. I received my order today and it's the 32gb version. Why phone me and offer me a free upgrade and then not fulfill what you offered??? This is horrible customer service.

They were just trying to get your hopes up LOL. But seriously they probably found one?

I don't care if they found one. If you promise something to your customer then you keep that promise.

Call them and find out. The only thing that would concern me is its going to be his word vs your word. But agreed especially for a corp. they should keep their word.

They actually left me a voicemail on my phone with the offer. I recorded it to my computer incase it "disappears". I tried calling the webstore many times and it puts you on hold for a few minutes and then goes to a recorded message saying we are busy so leave a message.
